General conclusion on current situation

1) As noted above, on November 4, a convoy with 2 Tor-M2K SAM systems was spotted between Baranavichy and Stoubtsy. Taking into account the direction of the convoy, we assume that the equipment belonged to the 15th Anti-Aircraft Missile Brigade (military unit 30151).

Recall that on September 15-16, at least two combat vehicles of the Tor-M2K SAM system of the 15th Anti-Aircraft Missile Brigade were deployed in the vicinity of the village of Huryny (Mazyr district) to cover the Mazyr oil refinery. Probably, it was these Tor systems of the Belarusian Armed Forces that tried to shoot down Russian drones of the Shahed-136/131 type on November 1.

Probably, on November 4, a unit of the 15th Anti-Aircraft Missile Brigade armed with Tor-M2K SAM system was returning to the permanent deployment point from Mazyr district. As part of the rotation, another air defense unit was/will be transferred to Mazyr district to cover a strategically important facility. This is indicated by the continuing regular flights of Russian Shahed-136/131 drones.

2) All conclusions given in the report on military activity on the territory of Belarus for October 21-27 remain valid.
