Today, the so-called House of Representatives passed a bill in the first reading, which will oblige mobile operators to give phone numbers of persons liable for military service at the request of military commissariats and the KGB and send people summonses via SMS to come to a military commissariat or a regional KGB department.
In addition, the bill would allow people from the age of 16 to participate in defense work in peacetime until martial law is introduced.
