Aviation activity

Aviation activity was recorded at Machulishchy, Lida, Baranavichy airfields, at the Lepelski training ground, at Minsk National Airport and Mahiliou airport. Flights of aircraft and helicopters of the Belarusian Air Force, Russian Aerospace Forces, and Kazakh Air Force were recorded.
On November 21-22, flights of fighters of the Russian Aerospace Forces were recorded.
On November 21, the Boeing 757 and Il-76 military transport aircraft of the Kazakh Air Force arrived at Minsk National Airport.
On November 21-24, four Il-76 military transport aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces arrived at Minsk National Airport and Mahiliou airport.
On November 22-23, the Tu-204 aircraft of the Special Flight Squad “Russia” arrived at Minsk National Airport.
On November 22-23, the Tu-154 and Tu-214 passenger aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces arrived at Machulishchy airfield.
On November 23, the Il-96 aircraft of the Special Flight Squad “Russia” arrived at Minsk National Airport.

Aviation activity was connected with a number of events of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) in Minsk: a joint meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers, the Council of Defence Ministers and the Committee of Secretaries of the CSTO Security Councils, and a session of the CSTO Collective Security Council.

Rail activity

No rail activity was recorded.

Movements by road

No large convoys with military vehicles of the Russian Armed Forces were recorded. Single vehicles and small convoys were spotted in Mazyr.
No movements of PMC Wagner vehicles were recorded. It was reported that the fourth course of training for servicemen of special purpose units of the Internal Troops had been completed, at which Wagner mercenaries were instructors.
No large convoys with military vehicles of the Belarusian Armed Forces were recorded. Single vehicles and small convoys were spotted in Minsk, Baranavichy, Homiel, and on some sections of the M9, R2, and R23 highways.

Changes in the size of the Russian Armed Forces group and PMC Wagner in Belarus: no data.

General conclusion

Last week, the level of military activity on the territory of Belarus remained low. The conclusions we stated in the reports of military activity on November 6-12 and November 13-19 haven’t changed.

We should note that on November 11 (in the Internal Troops) and November 25 (in the Border Guard Service and the Belarusian Armed Forces) those drafted for active service during the fall conscription took the military oath. In the coming days, the recruits will be distributed among the units where they will serve in the future.

Also, this Friday, December 1, the troops will begin a new academic year. Traditionally, combat training will be held at the beginning of the academic year.
