General conclusion
1) The whole aviation group of the Russian Aerospace Forces, which had been stationed in Belarus since January 2023, left for Russia. This allows us to state that the Russian component of the regional group of troops, which had been deployed in October 2022, was almost completely withdrawn from the territory of Belarus.
2) The last detected convoy with Wagner mercenaries arrived in Belarus on August 1. We can still expect the arrival of smaller convoys of PMC Wagner.
Changes in the size of the Russian Armed Forces group in Belarus:
Left Belarus:
- Helicopters — 11 pieces (Mi-8 and Mi-24);
- Fighters — 9 pieces (Su-34 and Su-30SM);
- Personnel — about 50 people.
