Yesterday morning we reported that two Mi-24 and Mi-8 helicopters of the Russian Aerospace Forces had arrived at Baranavichy airfield from Seshcha (Russia) on May 25. Later it turned out that more helicopters had been redeployed from Russia to Belarus.
According to the clarified data, a total of 8 Mi-24 and Mi-8 helicopters of the Russian Aerospace Forces arrived at Baranavichy airfield from Seshcha on May 25.
Thus, right now the following are stationed at Baranavichy airfield:
- 2 Su-24MR reconnaissance aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces;
- at least 4 Su-30SM fighters of the Russian Aerospace Forces;
- 8 Mi-24 and Mi-8 helicopters of the Russian Aerospace Forces.
