General conclusion
In general, the level of military activity can be characterized as low. November is traditionally the period when new recruits are trained and servicemen who have completed their service are dismissed. This is also the period when the results of the past academic year are summarized. Such activities are held in military units, formations, and in certain areas of work – within the entire Armed Forces. In this regard, a low level of military activity is expected in November.
Changes in the size of PMC Wagner and the Russian Armed Forces group in Belarus: no data.
