Are belongings of PMC Wagner being taken from Belarus to Mali? There’ve already been two flights in a month
The mercenaries of PMC Wagner are deployed in Mali.
We noticed that once a month, the Belarusian cargo airline Rada Airlines flies the Il-62 aircraft (reg. number EW-505TR) to the capital of Mali, Bamako.
Over the last 30 days, there’ve already been 2 flights from Belarus to this African country:
- 26.05.2024 – RDA2611 flight (Orsha – Cairo – Bamako )
- 27.05.2024 – RDA2612 return flight (Bamako – Ghardaia – Orsha)
- 25.06.2024 – RDA2611 flight (Orsha – Cairo – Bamako )
- 26.06.2024 – RDA2612 return flight (Bamako – Ghardaia – Orsha)
We recall that the rest of the mercenaries of PMC Wagner are deployed in Mali (and in Belarus). Earlier, in October-November 2023, we noted the possible transportation of mercenaries’ belongings from the camp in Tsel village via Babruisk military airfield to Bamako. At that time, this was done by the Russian AbakanAir airline.
It’s possible that this time the Belarusian airline decided to participate in the transportation of cargoes for the PMC, since it’s 200 km from Orsha airfield to Tsel village along the highway. And this airfield is the base for Rada Airlines.
