Another combat readiness inspection began in the Belarusian Armed Forces
Military equipment will also be subject to the inspection.
By Lukashenko’s order, another stage of combat readiness inspection of the Belarusian Armed Forces has begun. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Belarus. The Security Council is responsible for the general management of the inspection.
It was noted that “the inspection is comprehensive and will determine the level of readiness of military units and subdivisions to perform intended tasks.” Units of the Belarusian Armed Forces are to march to the designated areas soon and further complete tasks in disciplines of combat training. Military equipment will also be inspected with test runs, including cross-country.
Movements of military equipment and personnel along the roads of Minsk and Vitsiebsk regions are planned during the inspection. This means that the inspection will involve primarily units of the Northwestern Operational Command of the Belarusian Armed Forces, including the 19th and 120th Mechanized Brigades. Back in June, we reported that it was possible that a sudden combat readiness inspection with units of the Northwestern Operational Command would be conducted.
It’s also planned to involve aviation during the inspection to support the Ground Forces.
